Austin350 and its inspiration, Bill McKibben’s Project 350, are about what you can do to decrease your carbon footprint. We also have broader interest in sustainability and community.

A dynamic group of Austinites is creating Austin350, a coalition of any Austin individuals or groups willing to sign on to reduce carbon emissions. The Austin350 blog will be an online information resource and watering whole for Austin’s green community as well as the local 350 coalition. This effort will build a large and robust constituency, creating a broad base for future action and policy advocacy and implementation.

Sign on as a coalition member, start using 350 in your materials, and plan to host one month’s 350 event!
